We would like to invite you to register for the 2016 UCSF Diabetes Center retreat to be held Sept. 12-14, 2016 (Monday to Wednesday) at Chaminade Resort and Spa in Santa Cruz.

Online registration is CLOSED

The registration fee is $100/person (double occupancy ) or $300/person (single occupancy, upon availability). The fee covers attendance to all sessions, meals, social hour, and lodging for two nights. Lodging is based on first-come/first-serve basis due to limited room capacity.
